Polyester Flowing Agent F-S3500

F-S3500 is a flowing agent specially developed for polyesters (PBT/PET). The flowability is improved by ~33% with 1wt.% F-S3500 in PBT. Meanwhile, the thermal and mechanical properties are not affected obviously.

1. Materials

• PBT: BASF ULTRADUR B4500
• Flowing agent: Inovia F-S3500

2. Processing

• Drying: 120℃, 3~5h.
• Extrusion temperature: 195/235/240/235/235/230/230/230/235/240℃
• Injection temperature: 235~245℃; mold temperature: 60℃

Note: "PBT" in the diagram refers to PBT pure resin after extruding.
