HTPA Flowing Agent F-S2500
F-S2500 is a novel flowing agent specially developed for high temperature polyamide (HTPA). F-S2500 has excellent thermal stability and good compatibility with HTPA. Adding 1%, the flowability is significantly improved, while maintaining good mechanical and thermal properties.
1. Materials
- PPA: Benzo SL 1252
- Flowing agent: Inovia F-S2500
2. Processing
- Drying: 120℃, 4h.
- Extrusion temperature: 290/310/310/305/290/290/290/290/300/310℃
- Injection temperature: 300~320℃; mold temperature: 130~135℃
Note: "HTPA" in the diagram refers to HTPA pure resin after extruding.
