TPU Flowing Agent BF-21

BF-21 is a flowing agent developed for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It can effectively reduce the melt viscosity of TPU without affecting its mechanical properties.

1. Materials

• TPU: Wanhua WANTHANE WHT-81085
• Flowing agent: Inovia BF-21

2. Processing

• Drying: 90℃, 3h.
• Extrusion temperature: 185~195℃
• Injection temperature: 185~195℃; mold temperature: 50℃

Note: "TPU" in the diagram refers to TPU pure resin after extruding.
