MB-PT4500 (20% ER-F4500) is a novel halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch specifically developed for PETG. By simply adding 20.25% (equivalent to 4.05% flame retardant dosage), it can achieve UL94-V0@0.8/1.6mm rating while largely maintaining the material's optical and mechanical properties.
Drying:60℃*4H in a vacuum oven
Extrusion temperature:195~210℃
Injection temperature:200℃; mold temperature: 60℃
