ER-F5100(offered as masterbatch MB-PT110 with 10% ER-F5100) is a novel halogen-free flame retardant specifically developed for transparent PET films. With just a 1.5% addition, it can achieve UL94-VTM-0 at 0.050 mm thickness. Compared to traditional flame retardants for transparent PET films, the required FR dosage has been significantly reduced from 25% to 1.5%, greatly reducing costs. Additionally, ER-F5100 requires no special treatment prior to use. The applications of transparent FR PET films include: insulating tapes, printing, electronic products, etc.

A.Flame-retardant masterbatch at 150℃ for 45 minutes, stirring at 13 rpm/min,
followed by drying at 140℃for 4 hours in a dehumidifying dryer
B. The substrate has crystallized and is dried in a dehumidification dryer at 140°C *4 h
C. After drying, add 5~15% of MB-PT110 to the substrate and mix thoroughly
Casting temperature: 260~270℃;mold temperature: 30℃;
Biaxial stretching temperature is 100~110℃
