F-S1500 is a new flow agent specially developed for polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). F-S1500 has excellent thermal stability and excellent compatibility with PPS. Adding about 3%, the flowability is significantly improved, while maintaining good mechanical and thermal properties.

PPS: NHU 3418

Flowing agent: Inovia F-S1500

2. Processing

2.1 Drying: 120℃, 4h.

2.2 Extrusion temperature: 280/290/290/285/275/270/270/270/285/290℃

2.3 Injection temperature: 270~295℃; mold temperature: 120℃

Note: "PPS" in the diagram refers to PPS pure resin after extruding.
