F-M102T is a flowable masterbatch developed for polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). A small amount of addition can make a significant difference.Improve the flowability of polyether TPU without compromising its mechanical properties.

1. Materials

Polyether type TPU: Wanhua WANTHANE WHT-C885

Flowing agent masterbatch: Inovia F-M102T

2. Processing 

2.1 Drying: 85 °C, 4-5 h.

2.2 Extrusion temperature: 185~195 °C

2.3 Injection temperature: 185~195 °C; Mold temperature: 60 °C

Note: "TPU" in the chart refers to TPU pure resin processed material.
